Once you have decided to use our services we require a signed acceptance of our estimate, payment terms and booking form which details the scope of the work to be undertaken. Upon receipt of these we will commence work. This way we are transparent and misunderstandings should be avoided. You only pay for the time your Virtual PA has concentrated on your work.
